?Do communicate with NBCUniversal on a regular basis.

?Take advantage of the free coaching and guidance provided by the local support team.
要充分利用NBCUniversal在本地整改跟進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供的免費(fèi)指導(dǎo)與幫助
?Provide all in-progress evidence including photos and documents for all open findings as you are making the improvements.
要在整改的同時(shí)及時(shí)提供各類“正在進(jìn)行中”的證據(jù)，包括圖片及文件。
?Notify the local team if are experiencing any challenges related to closure of findings so they help with alternative solutions.
要及時(shí)告知本地的整改跟進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)整改中遇到的困難以尋求有效的解決方案
?Consider hiring an EHS consultant to implement the needed corrective actions.

DON’T’S(不要）
?Don’t stop communicating with NBCUniversal and the local team.
不要中斷與NBCUniversal本地整改跟進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的交流
?Don’t stop addressing the open findings if there is a problem with 1 finding.
不要因?yàn)槟骋豁?xiàng)問題的整改有困難而中斷其他問題的整改
?Don’t hold all the evidence till finding is closed, send in progress evidence to the local team.
不要等到問題整改完畢后一次性提供證據(jù)，應(yīng)在整改同時(shí)陸續(xù)向本地團(tuán)隊(duì)提供“
正在進(jìn)行中”的證據(jù)
?Don’t assume there is no corrective action, contact the local team for alternative solutions
不要認(rèn)為遇到問題就無法整改，應(yīng)及時(shí)聯(lián)系本地團(tuán)隊(duì)尋求有效的解決方案
?Don’t let the cost of corrective action stop you from discussing with local team.
